This policy applies to the TownLink / Link-MO website and the information you provide through its contact links and request form. TownLink provides internet, public Wi-Fi, repair, voice, managed IT, and technology services from 112 E High St, Potosi, Missouri 63664.
Separate or embedded services, including the UISP signup form, FreshBooks payment pages, and other third-party websites, have their own privacy practices.

Information you provide
When you contact us, start a UISP signup, request a quote, report a service issue, or ask about a repair, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, service or event address, dates, staff or crowd size, device and system details, photos, measurements, symptoms, and other information you choose to include.
The website request form prepares an email in your email application. The website does not directly upload or store the form fields or selected photos. Your email provider and TownLink's email provider process the message when you send it.
The embedded TownLink signup form is delivered by our UISP customer-management system. Information entered in that form is sent directly to TownLink's UISP system to create a new-service lead for coverage and installation follow-up.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, referring page, date, time, and security events. We also use the Google tag for advertising and conversion measurement, as described below.
Billing information
TownLink uses FreshBooks for invoices and payment links. Payment card and bank information entered on a FreshBooks page is handled by FreshBooks and its payment providers, not by this website.
