The opportunity
TownLink is seeking an experienced, self-motivated B2B technology sales professional to source, pitch, and close new business and government accounts. This independent-contractor role is designed for a salesperson who can build their own pipeline and wants recurring income tied to retained accounts.
What you will sell
- High-speed business internet and dedicated connectivity.
- Cloud VoIP phone systems and multi-seat deployments.
- Managed IT support agreements and service-level plans.
- Cybersecurity, cameras, networks, low-voltage cabling, and hardware deployments.
Compensation structure
- IT service residuals
- Up to $400+ per month, per account, while the customer remains with TownLink and the representative remains engaged with TownLink.
- VoIP line residual
- An additional $1 per active phone line each month under the same continuing-account and representative-relationship conditions.
- Project commission
- 15% on qualifying low-voltage project contracts after material costs.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated B2B outbound sales experience in IT services, telecom, SaaS, or an MSP environment.
- Working knowledge of bandwidth, VoIP seats, firewalls, and network fundamentals.
- Ability to source leads and present confidently to business and public-sector decision-makers.
- Strong communication, professional judgment, self-direction, and follow-through.
