FCC broadband label informationHow our network works
TownLink fixed-wireless internet is best effort. Advertised speeds are up to the stated tier and depend on address qualification, signal conditions, network demand, customer equipment and Wi-Fi. During congestion, priority is Gig, then Pro, then Basic. This priority applies only during congestion and does not guarantee a minimum speed or uninterrupted service. Regular plans have unlimited data; Business Back-Up has a 10 GB monthly allowance with customer-requested paid top-ups. Unlimited data does not mean dedicated capacity or unlimited speed.
10 GB/month included. Additional 10 GB costs $10, only on customer request; no automatic top-up purchases. After the included 10 GB is used, the customer must request more data to continue using service. Additional 10 GB costs $10; no automatic top-up. Monthly allowance reset details await confirmation.
Discount begins when AutoPay is elected and applies month to month. No customer payment fee for credit cards or bank-account payments on these internet plans.
A $5 monthly discount is available for eligible seniors, students, school employees, military and first responders, and can stack with AutoPay. Eligibility verification and multiple-category rules await confirmation; not automatically deducted in this estimate.
